Customer Service Centre

Unlike many foreign-based customer service centres today we are proud that our retail operation is located in Egham, Surrey. Our friendly staff are well versed in the products available and appreciate the trust our customers place in us. We seek to make the buying experience as simple and clear as possible and our customers are offered the choice of buying their policies on the Internet or consulting with us by telephone.

We have invested significantly in our staff and systems to enable customers to feel comfortable with the insurances they are buying and we have the capacity to enter into partnership relationships with a number of affinity groups including one with more than 400,000 members! Our customer service centre handles a wide range of personal insurance products, especially in the household and leisure arena and handles in excess of 75,000 policies.
