First formed in 1999, Vantage Insurance Services has since grown into a group of companies each striving to provide high quality insurance products and expertise in their respective markets. As an organisation, we are proud to be seen as specialists in both commercial and personal lines insurances with particular emphasis on tour operators and travel agents and all forms of outdoor leisure-related insurance products.

We also have over 30 years’ experience in providing bonds for the travel sector in the UK, and our expertise can help you find the perfect solution to fit your individual requirements. Our tour operators insurance policies are selected to suit the requirements of clients and are underwritten by our specialist team. The capital providers have been in place for more than 10 years and have in-house claims teams with many years’ experience.

We can help a wide variety of professions with their professional indemnity and business liability insurance requirements as well as everything they need in the way of office or commercial combined products through our specialist professions team.

The products and service standards of the Vantage Insurance Services group have been recognised nationwide, achieving a 5 Star Defaqto Rating for all three of our own touring caravan insurance policies and caravan holiday home product. We aim to set the standard, not be seen as standard. To this we strive to be innovative and offer tailor-made insurance solutions for our customers.

We are founder members of the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) as well as members of British Insurance Broker’s Association (BIBA), the National Caravan Council (NCC) and corporate members of the Caravan Storage Site Owners’ Association (CaSSOA).

Our retail contact centre based in Brentwood, Essex,  attained the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) “ServiceMark” accreditation, based upon customer satisfaction feedback and an independent assessment of employee engagement with the organisation’s customer service strategy. The ICS specifically noted the “strong focus and culture of continuous improvement” within our business.
