What we cover:
Liabilities of the club, its members and its landlords: Up to £10m indemnity, includes legal costs and representation at a coroner’s inquest and includes the selling of branded goods, food and drink and produce grown.Court awards: Provides up to £250,000 if they are unable to recover an award made in their favour.
Employers’ liabilityTrusted person’s indemnity: Up to £100,000 indemnity and covers the individual liabilities of officers of the club resulting from a ‘wrongful act’.
Cups and trophies: Includes cover when they are at a member’s home.Buildings and equipment: Cover available for both sub-standard and standard construction, includes owned and hired property and the theft of equipment kept at the allotment.
Loss of money: Covers up to £2,000 and includes money at events, at the home of a committee member or in transit.Abandoned events: Special terms are available to affinity groups.
