New Third Party Cyber Liability Extension

Vantage Underwriting are happy to announce an enhancement to our current Tour Operators  & Travel Agents’ Liability wording, under Professional Indemnity to include a Third Party Cyber extension.

What we cover:

Third party cyber liability damages, including claimants’ cost and expenses, arising from any claim or claims first made against the Insured by a client or customer and notified to Insurers during the Period of Insurance for all sums which you become legally liable for up to a limit of £250,000 as a direct result of:

a) Unintentional transmission of any Virus by the Insured to an independent third party;

(b) The failure to protect against unauthorised access to, unauthorised use of, a denial of service attack against the Insured’s Computer system including loss of digitised data, information recorded or stored in a format for use with a computer.
