Shield Total Insurance wins Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award

We’re extremely proud to announce that our B2C brand, Shield Total Insurance, has been chosen as a winner of the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.

Beginning in 2020, Feefo have awarded Platinum Trusted Service to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. In terms of what this means for our customers in 2020, it simply strengthens our ongoing dedication to provide outstanding customer service. Our latest Feefo award proudly sits alongside our Defaqto 5 Star Rating for Touring Caravan Insurance and our ServiceMark Accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service.
