Vantage retains ServiceMark for customer service excellence

We are delighted to announce that we have been accredited for a second time with ServiceMark from the Institute of Customer Service.

ServiceMark is a national standard that recognises achievement in customer service and a commitment to upholding those standards. It is awarded based on customer satisfaction feedback and an assessment of employee engagement with an organisation’s customer service strategy.
